Attorney Nyles L. Courchesne
Nyles L. Courchesne has been a real estate attorney in the greater Springfield, MA area since 1995. He has closed all manner of commercial and residential transactions and has represented lenders, buyers, and sellers in litigation involving real estate.
Attorney Katherine L. Milligan
Katherine Milligan is an experienced real estate attorney and litigator. She is a well known attorney at the Springfield Housing Court where she has assisted Landlords, Tenants and Receivers.
Amanda has been a real estate paralegal since 2003. She is one of the friendliest and most capable paralegals in Western Massachusetts.
Kyleigh is a capable real estate paralegal, with experience in purchases, sales and refinances.
