Nyles L. Courchesne has been a real estate attorney in the greater Springfield, MA area since 1995. He has closed all manner of commercial and residential transactions and has represented lenders, buyers, and sellers in litigation involving real estate.

Katherine Milligan is an experienced real estate attorney and litigator. She is a well known attorney at the Springfield Housing Court where she has assisted Landlords, Tenants and Receivers.
