Nyles L. Courchesne is one of three partners of Peskin, Courchesne & Allen, P.C. providing legal services to businesses and individuals throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and State of Connecticut. Nyles L. Courchesne is a real estate attorney with over seventeen years of experience in real estate conveyancing. Over the term of his career he has gained experience in the areas of buying and selling residential and commercial real estate. As an attorney practicing in a geographic area that has been effected by the recession, his practice has developed a focus on distressed property transactions including: buying and selling bank owned properties, negotiating work-outs and discounted lien releases, State and Federal Discharge applications, representation of Buyers and Lenders in foreclosures and representing Buyers and Sellers in Short Sale transactions.
Nyles L. Courchesne has taught seminars on Short Sales to Realtors and Brokers throughout Western Massachusetts. He has been an instructor for the Realtor Association of Pioneer Valley and has taught the Agent and Broker licensing courses. He continues to teach the continuing education course for credit for Realtors on the subject of Short Sales. In addition to his teaching, Mr. Courchesne has taken an active role in the continued education of attorneys who practice real estate conveyancing through his involvement as a Board Member of the Hampden County Bar Association, as a member of the Real Estate Bar Association and the current Chairman of the Real Estate Section of the Hampden County Bar Association.

Nyles L. Courchesne has been practicing real state law for seventeen years. Over the last eight years, Mr. Courchesne has developed a real estate department comprised of seven members: an associate attorney, Katherine Milligan, three full-time paralegals, and two part-time legal secretaries. Along with processing several thousand commercial and residential real estate transactions throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Connecticut, Mr. Courchesne’s real estate department has developed expertise in Landlord/Tenant representation in Housing Court; representation of Receivers in the Housing Court, Lender representation in Housing Court, Land Court and Superior Court, and representation of Buyers, Lenders and Sellers in the foreclosure process, workout process and short sale negotiations.
