Upon submission of the form below, this office will conduct a current owner rundown of the title for the short sale property and within 72 business hours notify both the seller and the Realtor of any unexpected executions, tax liens, or foreclosure activity.  The documents for each of the seller’s lender(s) and other necessary short sale paperwork will be included in the email.  The Realtor or seller can print the required documents and forward same to this office for processing.
