Workers Comp | Injury | Real Estate | Collections
Workers' compensation, personal injury, real estate and collections representation are a few of the legal services that we provide at Peskin, Courchesne & Allen, P.C. Welcome to our web site. This site has been developed to not only present the public with who we are and what we do, but it has been designed to provide information as to how to approach legal issues before hiring an attorney.
For example if you are struggling with a work related injury and you do not know where to begin, Judd L. Peskin has authored several pages on this site devoted to important information concerning your rights as an employee when you are hurt on the job. You may have questions about the workers' compensation system in general or specific questions such as: What is the first thing you should do when you are hurt on the job?; When do I need to hire a workers' compensation lawyer?; What doctors should I use if I have a work related injury?; What is a lump sum settlement in a workers' compensation case?; and more.
Our firm is comprised of skilled legal practitioners who have been recognized statewide as a "Super Lawyer" and "Rising Stars" by Law & Politics and Boston Magazine. We have a combined total of more than 80 years of experience and actively practice in a number of areas.
